Mike Kuenzle of ZSC Lions Zurich has received supplementary disciplinary action for an incident that occurred Tuesday in Champions Hockey League action. As a result, he will miss one game.

Mike Kuenzle of ZSC Lions Zurich was assessed a minor penalty and 10-minute misconduct for checking from behind at 33:56 of Tuesday's home game against the Vienna Capitals.

Following a review by the CHL's Disciplinary Sports Board, Kuenzle was assessed an additional one-game suspension, which will force him to miss his team's remaining game in the group stage of the tournament, 7 October in Vienna. He will be eligible to return if his team advances to the next stage.
