SaiPa Lappeenranta vs Lulea Hockey 

SaiPa host Lulea knowing that a point will put them into the next round with a game to spare. On the other hand, their SHL opponents – the CHL's first-ever champions – arrive in Finland without without a point to their name so far. Defeat for Lulea will mean they host Berlin needing to beat the Eisbaren in regulation time, while SaiPa can sit comfortably in the next round with just a point form tonight's game.

"In the first game against Lulea we played a very disciplined 60 minutes, which is something we'll need to do tonight as well," said SaiPa coach Tuomo Ropo. "We do, however, need to improve our puck control and how quick we move into attack – we need to create more chances, and use our home ice advantage."
