It's competition time – how would you like to win a return trip to the CHL Final for you and a guest – including flights, hotel, transfers, tickets to the game, and a behind the scenes tour on game day?

To celebrate the third season of the Champions Hockey League and the great time fans are having at games, we are asking you to tell us your 'Favourite part of game day' – but in picture form!

Simply upload your picture of your favourite part of game day to Instagram with #GreatDayatCHL and #photocompetition, and you could be in with a chance of winning. We will close the competition on the last day of Group Stage games, so you have until 23:59 CET on 11 September 2016 to get your entires in! A jury will choose eight of the best pictures to then be voted on by you, the fans.

The prize for the winner, and one guest, will be:

• Economy flight from the winner’s home country to the host city of the Final game (outbound 7 February 2016 / inbound 8 February 2016)
• Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back
• Transfer from the hotel to the arena and back​
• Hotel (one night stay in a double or twin room, including breakfast)
• CHL VIP final ticket including hospitality at the venue
• Behind the scenes tour at the CHL Final venue 

By entering this contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Privacy protection 
Champions Hockey League (CHL) and its official partner Cramo declare that personal data (including e-mail addresses, etc.) relating to the participant will not be used for marketing reasons and will not transferred to third parties or shared with them for their usage. The only exception in this regard applies to the contest winner, who expressly grants CHL/Cramo permission to provide his/her personal data to all suppliers which are in charge for the arrangement of the winner package (such as travel agency, airline etc.).

2. Participation 
The competition is open to residents of European countries. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or get permission from their parents to travel alone if winning the competition and the trip to the CHL Final. People enter to the competition by posting pictures on Instagram covering the topic “Favorite part of game day”. Posts must contain the hashtags #GreatDayAtCHL and #photocompetition and settings must be public. The participants agree that the CHL and Cramo can use their photos and videos which were entered to the competition in any way they wish without timing restrictions.

3. Determining and informing the winner 
Winners shall be determined by fan voting. A jury will decide on the finalists, which will enter to the voting. Once the winner has been determined, he/she shall be informed in writing. The Winner is required to respond within 48 hours. Otherwise, the prize shall be drawn again. 

4. Distribution of prize
The prize shall be distributed only to the prize-winner. The prize contains a well-defined package for two persons (winner + companion), including:

• Economy flight from the winner’s home country to the host city of the final game (outbound 7 February 2016 / inbound 8 February 2016)
• Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back
• Transfer from the hotel to the arena and back​
• Hotel: one night stay in a double or twin room, including breakfast
• CHL VIP final ticket including hospitality at the venue
• Behind the scenes tour at the CHL final venue 

CHL or its travel agency may liaise with the Winner to discuss suitable travel arrangements (for example, preferred departure airports and flight times), however all flight, hotel and transport arrangements are at the agency and the CHL’s sole discretion.

The winner and his/her companion will be required to confirm the prize acceptance in written form and submit copies of their passports to enable the travel agency to make the required arrangements.  At the agency’s request, the winner shall provide any further personal details (for himself/herself and his/her companion) which the agency may reasonably require.

The winner is responsible for all travel and other related expenses not forming part of the winner prize, including but not limited to transport to and from the winner’s home to the airport, travel insurance, and any meals or other refreshments which are not clearly declared as part of the winner package.

The prize may not be exchanged or redeemed for equivalent cash value. 

5. Disqualification from contest
CHL/Cramo is entitled to exclude participants from the contest if there is justifiable evidence for doing so, e.g. infringement against the rules, influencing the contest or manipulation etc. 

6. Legal recourse 
No correspondence shall be entered into with regard to the contest. No legal recourse is possible. No grounds exist for an actionable claim for delivery, payment of the prize in cash or exchange of the prize. CHL/Cramo is not responsible for any technical problems which may occur.

7. Changes to rules and closure of the contest 
CHL/Cramo reserves the right to change the conditions relating to the draw. CHL/Cramo further reserves the right to close or suspend the contest at any time. This applies in particular if reasons exist that would disrupt or prevent the contest from taking place as planned. 

8. Liability limitations 
Within the confines of the law, CHL/Cramo shall be exempt from any liability. The decision of CHL/Cramo for the winner will be final and binding. By participating, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to these sweepstakes rules and regulations and release CHL/Cramo from all liability in connection with the competition and/or any prize. 

9. Safeguard clause 
If certain terms of the conditions of participation prove to be ineffective or impracticable, this shall have no impact on the effectiveness of the contract in general. Such terms shall be replaced by more effective and more practicable terms, whose effectiveness most closely meets the objectives. CHL/Cramo may alter these conditions of participation at any time.
