Denmark
The Metal Ligaen playoffs are almost ready for the final stage. Herning Blue Fox will take part in the finals, but who they'll play remains to be seen. With Aalborg Pirates and two-time CHL participants Esbjerg Energy locked in a 3-3 series tie, they'll play a deciding Game 7 tomorrow for the right to play for the championship.
Norway
In the GET-Ligaen, the finals are already under way with three games played - each resulting in a home win. Storhamar Hamar, who took part in the CHL once before, lead Lillehammer 2-1 after three games. Game 4 is tonight.
Slovakia
This season's CHL participants, HC 05 Banska Bystrica, have confirmed their place in the Slovak finals after eliminating former CHL sides Košice (five games) and Nitra (four games) in previous rounds. They'll face either Zvolen or Dukla Trencin - neither of whom have played in the CHL before. Dukla lead the series 3-2 and could advance to the finals on home ice tonight.
