Eight teams from Austria, Czechia, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland are still in the race for the European Trophy and ready to start their battle for a place in the Top 4 of the 2024/25 season of the Champions Hockey League!
Familiar foes clash again, as Sparta Prague take on Swedish challengers Växjö Lakers at 18:00 CET in Prague's O2 Arena for another time in their lengthy CHL history! The Czechs have beaten Växjö in five of their past six games, will they keep this record running or is time for the line to be drawn?
A clash of two teams that have yet to have met on Europe's biggest club ice hockey stage is also coming up, as Red Bull Salzburg take on Regular Season Winners Färjestad Karlstad in their Quarter-Finals First Game at 18:00 CET. The Swedes have only lost once in regulation all season long but Salzburg are ready to make that two in this game.
Rounding out the first day of Quarter-Finals action is the 19:45 CET game between reigning CHL Champions Genève-Servette and Pinguins Bremerhaven. These two opponents met during this season's Regular Season when the German team took the win from a very close game and we're sure that it's going to be another tit-for-tat clash in this series with the entire season on the line. Don't miss this one!

Aggregate Score
The Round of 16, Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals are played in a home-and-away, two-game series format and are decided on combined aggregate score of the First and Return Game. Overtime and shootouts are used in the Return Game if the aggregate score is tied after regulation.
Overtime is played 10 minute sudden-death, 3-on-3. The team that score the first goal are declared the winner of the series. Should no goals be scored, a shootout (five shooters each team) will determine who advances to the next round.
