The Race to Qualify for the 2023/24 season of the Champions Hockey League is nearly over with just one final place left in the line-up for the upcoming season of Europe's elite club ice hockey competition.

The situation in Czech's Extraliga is still open following an eventful first week of the playoffs finals.

Oceláři Třinec looked set for a clean sweep following three wins in a row over challengers Mountfield HK, but a Game 4 comeback by 2020 CHL Finalists Mountfield has made the series 3-1.

The potentially title-clinching game for Třinec will be played on Tuesday 25 April.
