Starting from today's Game Day 6, we're asking fans to share their best experiences and memories of the Group Stage with us via Instagram - with three lucky participants winning prizes!

What do I have to do?

Use hashtag #CHLThrowback to share your pictures and videos with us from the games you've been to over the CHL Group Stage, and we'll randomly choose three winners to receive one of two CHL Final 2018 game pucks, and a Socckey.

What if my team is already out?

It doesn't matter if you're team is already eliminated, or played at home on Game Day 5 - we're asking you to share your pictures and videos from the entire Group Stage. Go back through your phone and find that winning shot!

What are the rules?

Just use #CHLThrowback with your pictures or videos, and put them on Instagram by 4 November- making sure your profile settings are public to allow us to find your picture! The three winners will be randomly selected, and announced on our Instagram page and in the CHL newsletter.
