- Redhawks victorious 4-1 last weekend
- Yunost have never lost at home in the CHL
- Malmö boast CHL's leading goal-scorer
Home comforts may well be the order of the day for Yunost Minsk as they return to Belarus to face the impressive-starting Malmö Redhawks.
Yunost would have considered themselves unlucky to have left Munich without at least a point last week against the Red Bulls. In contrast, their disastrous opening period in Malmö saw then slip to a comfortable defeat. The Belarusian champions have reasons to be positive though - they didn't lose at home in their last CHL campaign, beating Swedish sides Frölunda and Växjö in the process.
The Redhawks couldn't have asked for a better start last weekend, winning both games by a combined score of 12-5. A win in Minsk will see them take a major step forward to securing qualification to the playoff round already. Lars Bryggman hit five goals last weekend, and leads the CHL in scoring.
